I hold a master’s degree in Education, Policy, Foundations, and Administration, which deepens my understanding of how adults learn and grow. My BS in Speech Communications proves invaluable in helping leaders communicate with clarity, empathy, and impact.

I’m naturally optimistic and deeply curious. I ask powerful questions that help clients uncover the mindsets and behaviors that serve them, and those that hold them back. I believe leaders have the best answers for their own situations. My role is to help them think comprehensively, so they can act with peace of mind.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me camping, biking, reading a good book, or sharing meaningful conversations with family and friends. I’m most grateful for time in nature, laughter, and the privilege of walking alongside leaders as they grow.
