Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is not therapy. Executive Coaching focuses on your future goals and discovers what YOU need to do to get there.

Executive Coaching is not consulting. You will not pay for a report with someone else’s solutions that won’t work with your business’s nuances.

Executive Coaching is where you lead the conversations, and I help you have insightful ideas that will lead you to solutions that will work for you or your organization.

Have you ever asked yourself?

  • Where does the time go? I can’t seem to get anything done.
  • My team is not doing what I need them to do.
  • I hate meeting people, but I need to grow my network.
  • I am struggling with a colleague.
  • I need to be a stronger communicator.
  • I have an important presentation coming up and don’t feel prepared.
  • I am stuck. I need help.
  • I am spending too much time working in my business, not on my business.

You trained for years in your expertise. If you would like some support in re-tooling for future success, we can help.

Mediation

Mediation is a structured process that allows people to negotiate the issues with a hands-on approach. As the mediator, I am a non-biased facilitator, ensuring each participant can exchange information, needs, and ideas. Mediators also help the parties with bargaining, where cooler heads prevail. I love helping my clients come to meaningful resolutions to conflict. But more than that, I like to help my clients create structures for how they will “do conflict.” What are the game rules they want to follow? How can we make our implicit expectations explicit and find agreement so they are better prepared to handle conflict when conflict arises (and it will)?

Business Partnership Coaching (BPC)

BPC creates a strong business foundation that allows and keeps you and your partner/s in alignment. As we move through life, priorities shift, and so do our goals. It can also help identify potential conflict areas and equip you and your partner/s with tools to navigate them successfully. BPC aims to help you build a strong foundation for a thriving business and should be maintained annually or when significant decisions/changes arise.

When you are in a partnership, it is vital to discuss several important issues including but not limited to:

  • Core Business Values
  • Roles of Partners
  • Clarity on Responsibilities and Communication Expectations
  • Leadership Styles
  • Employee Policies
  • Conflict Resolution Guidelines
  • Personal/Organizational Goals and Priorities
